Az Andrássy úton található HAB kulturális központot az MBH alapítvány hozta létre, melynek belsőépítészeti tervezését irodánk, a Qvarta vállalta. A központ célja egy neutrális tér kialakítása volt, amely lehetővé teszi a művészeti objektumok előtérbe kerülését, anélkül hogy elvonja róluk a figyelmet.

A tér hangulatának fokozására egyedi karakteres irizáló elemeket is beépítettünk, mint például a pultok vagy a közönségforgalmi szinteket összekötő csigalépcső. Ezek az elemek különleges vizuális élményt nyújtanak a látogatóknak és harmonizálnak a kulturális központ egészével.

Az egyedi felhős álmennyezet külön említést érdemel, mely egy saját fejlesztésű termék eredménye, melynek tervezését és kivitelezését szintén mi végeztük. Ez az álmennyezet nem csak esztétikai szempontból kiemelkedő, de akusztikai tulajdonságai révén is hozzájárul a kulturális központ kellemes és hangulatos légkörének megteremtéséhez.

Az épület pinceszintjén oktatótér, grafikai műhely és podcast szoba található, míg a földszinten helyet kapott egy bisztró és egy kiállítótér. Az emeleti szinteken további kiállítások, irodaterek és művészapartmanok helyezkednek el, így biztosítva a kulturális központ sokoldalú és inspiráló funkcióit.

A  HAB kulturális központ egy különleges és vibráló helyszín vált, ahol a művészet és a közösség találkozhat, és ahol a látogatók számos kulturális és alkotói tevékenységben részt vehetnek.

The HAB cultural center on Andrássy út was created by the MBH foundation.  The interior design was undertaken by our office, Qvarta. The aim of the center was to create a neutral space that allows art objects to be the characteristic force of the space, without drawing attention away from them.

To enhance the atmosphere of the space, we have also included iridescent elements with a unique character, such as the counters or the spiral staircase connecting the levels of public traffic. These elements provide visitors with a special visual experience and harmonize with the cultural center as a whole.

The unique cloudy ceiling installation deserves a special mention, which is the result of a self-developed product, the design and implementation of which was also carried out by us. This artistic ceiling is not only outstanding from an aesthetic point of view, but also contributes to the creation of a pleasant and cozy atmosphere in the cultural center through its acoustic properties.

On the basement level of the building there is an educational space, graphic workshop and podcast room, while on the ground floor there is a bistro and an exhibition space. Additional exhibitions, office spaces and artist apartments are located on the upper floors, thus ensuring the versatile and inspiring functions of the cultural center.

The HAB Cultural Center has become a special and vibrant place where art and community meet and where visitors can participate in a variety of cultural and creative activities.
